The Dalhousie Blockchain Society’s mission is to break down barriers and stigmas preventing crypto adoption.

We are working to achieve this by educating on the core values of crypto such as decentralization, transparency, and inclusion. By highlighting the niche and innovative opportunities in the crypto space we hope to excite our members to personally push innovation and growth in the space.

DalBCS as an entity is an active member of the crypto community, by hosting events, traveling globally to conferences, and advocating for adoption.

We strive to provide value for our members in any way we can. Education is one of our value propositions, we strive to equip our members with practical skills to help them navigate the hectic crypto markets with confidence. Travel and employment opportunities is another big value proposition we provide. By sending our members to conferences globally they have the opportunity to showcase their abilities in hackathons and expand their network. Finally, small perks such as free food, drinks, and competitions for cash rewards are also ways we give back to our members.
